The Challenge of Change: Are You Up to It?

The current economic climate is bringing with it a great deal of change - unpredictable for the most part. Reduced demand, an increasingly competitive landscape and downward pressure on pricing are in turn forcing businesses to change how they operate, simply to stay afloat - change for which most are ill-prepared.

Join us at our upcoming seminar, where you will discover:

  • How your attitude to change - and that of your team - can sabotage your initiatives and what you can do to ensure success
  • How competing on price will send you into a downward spiral; how to compete on value instead
  • How to handle restructuring to minimise the impact on morale and productivity
  • How to ensure that you keep on the right side of employment and other legislation as you change your business for the better
  • How to keep finances on track during these turbulent times - and ensure you are fighting fit to compete when the upturn comes
  • The wealth of opportunity out there currently and how to turn this to your advantage
  • The power of collaborative partnerships and how to develop these for extraordinary success
